A case study of a 475 employee healthcare electronic records company that wanted to provide a management workshops as part of its leadership development program. Healthcare Electronic Records Company wanted to create a way for their 475 employees to be able to deliver meaningful feedback. Paradigm Group worked to create a four-part management workshop for all leadership. These were interactive presentations that helped to develop new leadership talent. Pre-testing and post-testing measured the effectiveness of the training. 91% of those participating indicated significant improvement in knowledge and skills.
