ROLE: Elizabeth works with clients to develop communications campaigns around employee wellness, benefits and retirement services.
EXPERIENCE: Elizabeth joined Paradigm Group in 2012 and has more than 15 years of experience in the communications industry. Before joining Paradigm Group, Elizabeth worked in Specialized Benefit Reporting and Analytics for BPS&M, an employee benefits consulting firm within Wells Fargo. She worked with clients to design, write, and supervise the production of communication pieces for participants and plan sponsors of retirement, health, and welfare plans. She has also worked in public relations, account management, graphic design, and photography.
Elizabeth served as the 2014 president of the Middle Tennessee Employee Benefits Council (MTEBC), a professional organization that supports educational programs and promotes dialogue among professionals. She designed the MTEBC logo and has designed materials for schools and other nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Sewanee: The University of the South. She also earned a certificate in graphic design from Watkins College of Art, Design, & Film where she graduated magna cum laude in 2006. She earned two designations from the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist program of the Wharton School and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans: Group Benefits Associate and Retirement Plan Associate.
INTERESTS: Lizz is forever a student and loves learning. She enjoys the outdoors, whether she is running, playing soccer, swimming, or hiking. She even hiked in and out of the Grand Canyon in a day — one mile deep, 17 miles in all! As a photographer, Lizz enjoys taking portraits. She volunteers for schools and other nonprofits and provides her graphic design and photography services.
