ROLE: As Director of Operations at Paradigm Group, David manages vendor relationships. Internally, he also manages payroll, administers our in-house benefits, and oversees our IT and facilities management.
EXPERIENCE: David has more than twenty seven years of experience in human resources, health benefits, administrative systems, and relationship management. He has founded and operated several businesses that provided human resources consulting, business management, strategic leadership, and organizational efficiency for a variety of companies throughout Tennessee.
INTERESTS: David enjoys working in his garden and seeing what will grow. No matter the weather, he likes hiking with his wife and son. David is also crazy about living and working in Nashville’s inner corridor. He uses public transportation to commute to work every day. When time permits, he likes to spend the day with his fly rod, wading through the Caney Fork or Hiwassee River looking for a good catch.
