After more than a decade with Prudential Healthcare, Bob Levy founded Paradigm Group in 1996 with a vision of providing strategic benefits and retirement plan solutions to the Middle Tennessee business community.
Twenty years later, we are proud to be the largest independently owned benefits broker in Middle Tennessee. We’ve grown, but our mission remains the same. Our 40 team members and our unique service model ensures each client the custom, innovative solutions they need.
